How your gift works

We email a secure code to the recipient. They sign in using that email and claim the gift in their wallet. Credit covers products and delivery on eligible AED orders from UAE payment-enabled boutiques. Pay any remaining order balance by card. Unspent credit stays in the wallet until the gift expiry date.

Valid for 6 months from purchase. Adding the gift to a wallet does not extend its validity. No cash withdrawal or person-to-person wallet transfers. Refunded wallet purchases retain the original gift expiry date; expired credit cannot be reused. Checkouts started before expiry can finish while their reservation remains valid; card payments return to the original card. Contact Baytna support for gift-card purchase refunds. An unclaimed gift can be reviewed for a refund; claimed or spent gifts require review. Processing charges are shown before payment. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fees. Purchases from each boutique are checked out separately.
