A fixed AED 4.99 Baytna service fee applies once per combined AED checkout, including wallet payments. It helps cover payment processing costs. Each boutique has its own delivery charge. The single service fee is apportioned across boutique orders for accounting and refunds; a full checkout refund includes the full fee. Gift-card purchases keep their separate fee schedule.
